Our Experience

Early in his real estate career Robert D. Wright was known for his expertise in the appraisal of tenant-initiated co-op/condo conversion projects in the Washington, DC area. This practice evolved into longer term focus on multifamily property appraisal work with over 2,400 assignments from Northern Virginia to New York and then ultimately into direct multifamily investment and management from 2003.
